Meet your Mortgage Loan Officer, Damon Rautenkranz

With nearly 25 years of banking experience, including 22 years at Home Bank, Damon has helped families across Morgan County and beyond with every type of loan imaginable. After earning his Finance degree from IU's Kelley School of Business and a brief start at Wells Fargo Financial, he joined Home Bank in 2003 and has been a trusted resource for local borrowers ever since. Guided by a simple belief that communication is the key to a successful and timely closing, Damon makes himself readily available so his customers are never left waiting for an answer. A lifelong Martinsville resident, Damon has built his life and raised his family in the same community where he grew up. He stays engaged in the community and industry through the Martinsville Rotary Club, Morgan County MIBOR, the IMBA and SCIMBA boards, and as Treasurer for the MHS Building Trades Association.
