With the first award given in 2017, the Kris Gill Servant Leadership (KGSL) Award was created to recognize individuals for their exemplary volunteer service in our community. This award was proudly named after its first recipient, Kris Gill. She is a lifelong resident of Morgan County and an employee of Home Bank since 1989, serving primarily in the loan servicing department. Her loyalty and hard work show through in every way in her job. Aside from being a great employee, wife, mother, friend, and daughter, Kris is the definition of a servant leader. She serves first, aspires to lead, puts other’s needs above her own, focuses on the growth and well-being of her community, and goes above and beyond in all areas of her life.
