Official Rules and Regulations

No purchase is necessary to enter or win the Home Bank Drawing. Making a purchase will not improve your odds of winning. Participants may enter by visiting any participating Home Bank branch during its designated promotional period and submitting an entry form in person. Participants may also use the Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) by mail-in entry that includes their includes your full name, mailing address (including city, state, and ZIP code), qualifying branch location, telephone number, and email address to: Attention: Home Bank Drawing, P.O. Box 1677, Martinsville, IN 46151. All mail-in entries must be received by the end of the promotional period for the corresponding branch. Entries received after the deadline will not be considered. Home Bank is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or postage-due mail.

Each participant is limited to one entry per person per branch location. Multiple entries from the same individual at the same branch will be disqualified. The drawing is open to both customers and non-customers of Home Bank who are legal residents of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Home Bank employees and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate or win. The drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules. All decisions made by Home Bank regarding the drawing, including eligibility and winner selection, are final.

One (1) winner will be selected from each branch location to receive a $25 gift card to a local coffee shop near that branch. Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing merchant. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each branch during its promotional period. Winners will be selected via random drawing on the Monday following each branch’s promotional period and announced on Home Bank’s social media channels. Prizes must be claimed in person at a Home Bank branch. Winners must agree to have their photo taken and sign a release for promotional use. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize. Home Bank is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or other liabilities incurred by the winner. A list of winners will be available upon request at each participating branch after the drawing date. Please refer to Home Bank’s schedule of fees for any applicable charges.

The promotional periods for each branch are as follows: Plainfield Branch – September 15-19, 2025 (990 W. Main St., Suite 165, Plainfield, IN 46168); Martinsville - Grand Valley Branch – September 22-26, 2025 (670 Birk Road, Martinsville, IN 46151); Greenwood Branch – September 29-October 3, 2025 (1472 S. State Rd. 135, Greenwood, IN 46143); Mooresville Branch – October 6-10, 2025 (1067 Bridge St., Mooresville, IN 46158); and Martinsville - Downtown Branch – October 13-17, 2025 (59 W. Washington Street, Martinsville, IN 46151).
