Dan Moore, President and Chief Executive Officer
Dan Moore joined Home Bank in 1978, where he is President and CEO. Home Bank is located in Martinsville, Indiana and currently has $290,000,000 in assets. Moore graduated from Indiana State University with a B.S. in Management. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Further, Moore is a graduate of the School of Executive Development and has served as an Adjunct Instructor in the School of Business at the University of Indianapolis.
Moore is currently the Vice Chairman of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis. He was appointed to the Mutual Institution Advisory Board of the OCC and served through December 31, 2018. He serves on the board of Hoosier Voices for I-69. Additionally, he is a member of the Executive Committee of the First United Methodist Church of Martinsville. Finally, Moore is on the board of Stability First, a not for profit supporting dependent women at risk.

Lisa Arnold, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Lisa Arnold joined Home Bank in 1985. Her community affiliations have included the Martinsville/Mooresville Kiwanis Clubs, Junior Achievement, Community Foundation of Morgan County, Relay for Life, Habitat for Humanity, Morgan County Extension Board and the Foundation of Indiana University Health Morgan Hospital Foundation. Arnold was also a former director for the Martinsville and Mooresville Chambers of Commerce and was named 2007 Businesswoman of the Year by the Greater Martinsville Chamber of Commerce. She is former president of the Future Leadership Division of the Indiana Bankers Association and a past director of the IBA Board of Directors. Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the ABA National Commercial Lending School.
Lydia Brown, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Lydia Brown joined Home Bank in 2010. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Kelley School of Business and will complete a MBA from Ball State University in 2018. She holds an Indiana CPA license and is a member of the Financial Manager’s Society. She is on the board of the League of Miracles.
Matthew Craney, Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer
Matthew Craney joined Home Bank in 2006. Matthew is a member of Gasburg Baptist Church and serves on their Finance Committee. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Barbara B. Jordan YMCA where he serves on the Executive and Finance committees. Matthew previously served on the Board of Directors of the Risk Management Association (RMA), as a volunteer for Habitat for Humanity and as a member of the Morgan County Economic Development Loan Committee. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Indiana University, an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a graduate of the ABA National Commercial Lending School.
Melissa Fisher, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer
Melissa Fisher joined Home Bank in 2008, previously serving as Vice President and Director of Deposit Operations. She is a graduate of the IBA Leadership Development Program and TrueU Leadership Program. Fisher is currently enrolled in the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking (University of Pennsylvania).
