As an additional safety feature, you can easily turn off and turn on activation to your Home Bank account linked debit cards through your Home Bank Mobile App.
 
If your card is stolen, lost, or even, being overused by another user on the account, you control when it can be used or not. And the best news is, it’s free! Enjoy these types of amenities just because you’re our customer. Thank you!

 

How do I turn my card on and off?

Once you log in to your Home Bank Mobile App, select the menu button on the left-hand side. Select ‘My Cards’ and check or uncheck  the box associated with each card to which you have an account linked.

Lost/Stolen Card

To report a lost or stolen DEBIT CARD, please call (765) 342-6695 or (888) 253-3003, Option 3. To protect yourself from unauthorized usages on your debit card after it’s been lost or stolen, turn the activation off through our Mobile App!
