With telephone banking, one phone call will allow you to check your balance, get a list of cleared checks, or determine whether a direct a direct deposit has been received. Once you've called the telephone banking system, simply enter your account number and your pre-assigned Personal Identification Number (PIN), and start banking in the convenience of your own home.

To get started you will need the following information:

  1. Account Number
  2. Your PIN Number - Your PIN number is already set up. It is the last four digits of your social security number. You can change your PIN at any time after first accessing telephone banking with the above information.
